DESTINATION WEDDING @  CASA MALCA, TULUM, MEXICO

A little background.. when Van messaged me through the contact form for the first time, she sounded like the kind of human whose wedding I needed to photograph. Van inquired about an engagement shoot in Oaxaca + a possible wedding in Tulum, I immediately message her just to find out her e-mail was spelled wrong and she wasn’t getting my response! Something inside me told me I needed to use my social media stalker skills to find her.. and I did, just to end up not being available the dates they wanted. I was so sad and knew I was losing them forever!! She obviously was going to book another photographer, fall in love with him and book him for the wedding too. Months later… I got another message from Van, and you can guess the rest of the story.. I cannot even imagine having not been a part of this!! I knew it would be one of my favorite stories EVER.

Van & Chris are totally opposite and totally meant for each other. I’ll never forget the moment Chris was already waiting for her in the altar, and at the same Van was laughing and jumping like crazy in the bed with her best friend. This are my favorite stories to tell and I’m glad we found each other!
